Missy Elliott Halftime Show: Moms Get Freak On, Teens Freak Out
Last night’s Super Bowl winner was undoubtedly Missy Elliott– But her surprise appearance during the halftime show had a whole lot of teenagers scratching their heads.
Fortunately, the Moms of America were there to school them.
As Mom worked it out in front of the flatscreen, some teens watched in horror.
Others made a rare connection with that misguided, out-of-touch fogey who, you know, GAVE BIRTH TO THEM AND RAISED THEM FOR THE LAST 15 OR SO YEARS OMG.
Long after the halftime show was over, teens were still talking…. ABOUT MOM.
Meanwhile, Moms had Missy on their minds.
Today, expect teens to come home to empty houses in record numbers, as moms get their nails done, get a pedicure, and get their hair did.
Thank you, Missy, for reminding teens everywhere that Mom’s still got game.

Yep I freaked out, “I feel like I’m back in high school!” My kids (& husband, actually) all rolled their eyes. lol!
