>35 Weeks

  1. Bluepaintred says:

    >did you hit him?and he is right, at leat you arent blue.just think at the end of these weeks you will have an adorable baby …its worth it..till you wake up at 2 4 and 6 to feed them.. but uhm..cute baby shoes?

  2. doow says:

    >a little girl once pointed me out to her mother as an oompa loompa, but I had no-one with me to pat my arm and tell me I wasn’t orange.

  3. Lisa says:

    >I made the same analogy to my husband… so, if it’s any consolation, I looked WAY more like Violet at 35 weeks than you probably do. I measured… I was 54 inches around…and I’m 62 inches tall…but I was also carrying twins.Nevertheless…I feel your pain. Hang in there.

  4. margalit says:

    >55 inches around here at 36 weeks. It was really bizarre. I felt more like one of those clown things that you push over and they pop back up. I just found out that you know a friend of mine in Nashville. Her daughter O is on the same soccer team as your stepdaughter. Small world, huh? Parents are C and J.

  5. yellojkt says:

    >He said that to a pregnant woman and lived? You are a saint.

  6. Toni says:

    >Is he still breathing? through his face, that is.

  7. >Heck, my husband told everyone that I had my own gravitational field… I did, but really…

  8. AmandaD says:

    >I remember playing basketball with my husband a few months after we had our first daughter. I was feeling pretty good about myself as I got closer to my prebaby weight. I started in for a lay up and he said, “Bring those birthin’ hips on over here.” I shake at the very memory. Pity they are so dim, hang in there.

  9. >I am sure that you look beautiful. You might not feel it but growing a baby is about the most gorgeous thing on earth.

  10. Butrfly4404 says:

    >doow – I’m cryin for ya! And you, too, Lindsay. I think that it’s worse to have an off remark about your looks while you’re pregnant than even getting the dreaded question three months after you’ve given birth…”So when are you due??” They both burn, but at least your homones are leveling out after a few months!

  11. Amy says:

    >dang, he’s just Mr. Sensitivity, isn’t he?

  12. dennis says:

    >wasn’t Violet just over 4′ tall?no way you could look like her…there’d have to be a gravitational field and flux in the space ti….I am sure you look amazingly beautiful right now. Excuse me while I go post the ‘For Sale’ sign outside the house…

  13. Mom101 says:

    >Just last night I downloaded google images of Violet Beauregarde for an upcoming post…I feel your blueberry pain, sister.
