Hi! I'm Lindsay Ferrier. You might remember me from a blog called Suburban Turmoil. Well, a lot has changed since I started that blog in 2005. My kids grew up, I got a divorce, and I finally left the suburbs for the heart of Nashville, where I feel like I truly belong. I have no idea what the future will hold and you know what? I'm okay with that. Thrilled, actually. It was time for something totally different.

HIM: Lindsay! We only have 4% recording space left. We’ve gotta erase some of this stuff.
ME: Okay, how about this movie? “In Time?”
HIM: I want to watch that!
ME: No you don’t. It has Justin Timberlake in it.
HIM: It got three stars!
ME: Ugh. Whatever. Let’s see…. here’s one. Tombstone.
HIM: I love that movie!
ME: You’ve seen it.
HIM: I want to see it again!
ME: Well we’ve got to delete something.
HIM: Okay, how about Project Runway? Or Cheer Perfection? Or Dance Moms? Or Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Or Masterpiece Theater? Or Here Comes Honey Boo Boo? Or The Bachelor? Or Vanderpump Rules? Or Toddlers and Tiaras? Or Survivor? Or The Millionaire Matchmaker?
ME: Not my shows!!!!! Are you kidding? Those are my shows!!!!
HIM: ………
ME: How about Osmosis Jones?
HIM: You want to delete the kids’ movies? Seriously? They only have three movies on here. Have you really stooped that low?
ME: They’ll never know!
HIM: Here’s a good one to get rid of. Coco Before Chanel.
ME: I haven’t watched that movie yet!
HIM: You taped it two years ago.
ME: I’ve been busy!
HIM: …….
ME: ……..
HIM: …….
ME: …….

Too funny. You need an all-night movie marathon! And fyi…Justin Timberlake did not disappoint. “In Time” was good 🙂
I do! I need to take a day and just catch up on everything– LIKE THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN. 😉
And here I thought I was the only person in the world who watched Cheer Perfection. Love that show! You should add The Sisterhood to your line up too. You will NOT be disappointed! 🙂 Justin Timberlake was good in In Time, course I love me JT so I guess I’m kinda biased…
I will definitely look into The Sisterhood- Haven’t even heard of it! And now I’m hearing good things about In Time, so Dennis can keep it. I’m feeling generous. ;D
I feel so much better knowing that there are others out that that watch Cheer Perfection or pretty much anything on Bravo (Real Housewives of where ever, Vanderpump Rules, Shahs of Sunset..) The Sisterhood? Hummm just added it to my lineup!
I don’t know why I love these shows- I JUST DO. Plus, I only watch TV when I’m doing laundry or cooking, so it has to be brainless– all these shows fit the bill!
Comcast OnDemand has essentially saved my marriage, as I don’t have to DVR Cheer Perfection, Dance Moms, The Lying Game, Pretty Little Liars, Snooki and JWoww, The Biggest Loser or The Bachelor anymore.

OMG…this is so funny because it is exactly what happens at my house. My husband laughs at me because I panic if we get below 20% free space!
