I really wanted to write a blog post on Friday.

But after weeks of 90+ degree weather, fall finally arrived, the temperature cooled, the leaves barely began to turn colors, and I decided instead to join my daughter’s first grade class here…

On Saturday, I was totally planning on writing a post.

But it was another gorgeous fall day– and I ended up heading here with the kids instead….
